New – Health and Nutrition Page

Not a trading post, will post on that tomorrow, but as a unrelated topic I have added a Health and Nutrition page to the site. The first topic I cover is a product that I have been using for the past year that is truly awesome. It is sold as a weight loss product, I take it because it really helps my sleep and it really works, oh and I have lost significant weight as well.
